Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with any item purchased from www.sicoprotools.com, you may return or exchange it within 60 days of receipt in most cases. To request a return or exchange, you may do so via your account or by emailing jenniezhuang7@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and a brief reason. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Submitting a Return Request
Click the profile icon in the store menu or go to the refund/returns page.
Log into your account by entering your email and receiving a 6-digit verification code.
Select the order and click “Request Return.”
Choose items and reason, then submit.
If approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label. Refunds are processed after inspection.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Photos may be required. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

Return Exceptions
Clearance items and opened non-resellable goods are not eligible for standard refunds.

Important Notes
Returned items must include all accessories and original packaging. Customers bear shipping costs for non-quality issues. Returned items must not contain oil, gas, or hazardous materials. Returns may be refused if conditions are not met.

One-Year Limited Warranty
Products sold on www.sicoprotools.com come with product-specific warranty terms listed on product pages or packaging. For technical support, contact jenniezhuang7@gmail.com. This warranty does not affect statutory rights under applicable law.
